A notary is a public officer whose role is to authenticate and certify the execution of documents for use abroad. If your matter has an overseas element to it, it is likely that you will be required at some point to consult a notary. We aim to provide efficient notarial services with clarity and common sense.

Notarial services are provided during our normal business hours at our offices. Should you require, visits can be made your office or home address, subject to an additional fee. Consultations outside our normal office hours are available by appointment.

To ensure your matter is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible, it would assist us if you could send a copy of the document requiring notarization to us in advance of your appointment. This may be done by fax or email.
